Kate Glynn, MSW

Reproductive Health, Policy, and Nonprofit Strategy Consultant

Hello! I am a macro social worker focusing on reproductive equity and bodily autonomy — meaning I look at the bigger picture of how policies and systems of oppression impact our communities, and how we can effect change at the systems level to benefit us all. I have a background in community engagement, abortion funding and access, and extensive experience leading nonprofit boards of directors, alongside a deep passion for reproductive health, rights, and justice.

Over the last decade, I have cultivated strategic relationships across New England, designed and executed a multi-state project plan, and have been lucky to mentor rising leaders in the repro space. My recent work sits at the intersection of state-level policy implementation and utilization, contraceptive access, and pharmacy, and I’m excited to keep developing stronger relationships between the repro movement and the field of pharmacy! We are all stronger when we stand together.

Before earning my master’s in social work, I was a small business owner supporting young families and teaching babywearing in my community in Western Massachusetts.

Building relationships in and around community has always been at the center of my work, so as I transition from a full-time position at an advocacy organization to consulting, I look forward to connecting with you!

Warmly,
Kate
